Maskstore ensures delivering the product in the highest standard. We always make sure of our cases that it doesn’t have any damage and it matches and exceeds customer expectations. But still mistakes can happen and Maskstore will always make it right for you.

We’ll resolve the issue and reprint the order and resend them to you or provide a full refund in the following conditions:

– If an item is received in a flawed or damaged condition, or if it doesn’t match the description on site.
– If You recieved a wrong design or wrong model from us.
– If you are unhappy with the order for any reason caused by us.

We CANNOT refund or return your order in the following conditions:

– If you have ordered a wrong phone model.
– If you have choosed by mistake a different design or edge color.
